Refund Policy

Absolutely no refunds are given.

Any product (with the exception of special order items and sales items) may be exchanged within 30 days of receipt date; you are responsible for all shipping and handling charges, both ways.

The original invoice and a note describing the reason for exchange must be included in the package. We are not responsible for exchanged items lost in the mail. Please insure packages and send traceable. Pack very carefully. Items must be unused, and in resale-able condition.

If need an exchange, and are able to come to the store, we encourage you to do so, instead of shipping the product.
